Brazil stocks pay dividends Friday: Eztec, BR Partners, IRB, Cogna

Several companies are making payments to shareholders on Friday, May 29. These payments include dividends and interest on equity (JCP), based on announcements made in recent months.

IRB (IRBR3) is paying the first installment of the JCP announced on April 1. The amount is R$ 0.32 per share. The record date for this first installment was April 30, 2026. Also on Friday, May 29, is the record date for the second installment of the IRB JCP. This second payment, also R$ 0.32 per share, will be made on June 30, 2026.

RD Saúde is paying the JCP approved at a board meeting on September 30, 2025. The total gross amount is R$ 140.7 million, or R$ 0.08 per share. The record date was October 3, 2025.
