Brazil’s TC rebrands as Economatica, stock ticker becomes ECOM3

Starting with the trading session on July 7, 2026, shares issued by TC (Traders Club) will be traded under the ticker “ECOM3” and the trading name “Economatica”. This replaces the current ticker “TRAD3” and the existing trading name. The change in the ticker and trading name follows a change in the company’s corporate name.

“The change in the ticker and trading name results from the change in the company’s corporate name and is exclusively a brand repositioning. It does not cause any modification to the company’s corporate purpose, share capital, shareholder structure, the number of shares held by shareholders, or the rights and obligations attributed to the company’s shares,” the company stated in a material fact filing.

The company, previously known as Traders Club, is rebranding itself under the Economatica name. Economatica is a well-known provider of financial data and analysis software in Brazil. The name change reflects a strategic shift to align the company’s public identity more closely with its core business operations and software offerings. The company’s board of directors approved the name change, and the necessary regulatory filings have been completed with the Brazilian securities commission. Shareholders were informed of the change through the official material fact notice. The company’s operations and business focus remain unchanged following this rebranding effort.
