Net sales were R$ 2.48 billion, up 13% year-over-year, in line with estimates.     Odontoprev approved a merger with Bradesco Saúde the previous day. Odontoprev also informed that it is already formalizing with the B3 exchange a change to its trading ticker. The ticker “ODPV3” will give way to the ticker “SAUD3”.

    Rede D’or is paying its interest on equity (JCP) on Tuesday, April 7. The payment, announced on March 23, totals a gross amount of R$ 350 million, corresponding to R$ 0.15 per common share. The payment will be based on the shareholding position at the close of March 26, 2026 (the record date).
