Brazil’s Simpar, Taurus, TPI pay dividends Monday

Several Brazilian companies are making payments to shareholders on Monday, the 15th. The payments include dividends and interest on equity.

Simpar (SIMH3) is paying dividends declared at an annual general meeting held on April 30, 2026. The total amount is R$ 100 million, which equals R$ 0.17 per share. Shareholders who held the company’s shares on June 3, 2026, are entitled to the payment. The shares have been trading ex-dividend since June 5, 2026.

TPI – Triunfo Participações e Investimentos (TPIS3) is paying interim dividends on Monday. The total amount is R$ 23,808,864.26, or R$ 0.54 per share. The payment is based on the accumulated results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024, and was approved at a board of directors meeting on December 23, 2025. The shareholder position as of December 30, 2025, is the basis for this payment.

The cutoff date for entitlement to interest on equity from Romi, approved on Tuesday, June 9, is Monday, the 15th. Starting Tuesday, the 16th, the shares will be traded ex-interest on equity. The net amount is R$ 0.0495 per share. Payment will be made by December 31, 2027.

The cutoff date for entitlement to interest on equity from Totvs, announced on June 9, is Monday, the 15th. Starting Tuesday, the 16th, the shares will be traded ex-interest on equity. Payment to shareholders will be made on July 10, 2026, with no monetary correction applied.

The cutoff date for entitlement to dividends and interest on equity from Comgás, announced on June 10, is Monday, the 15th. Starting Tuesday, the 16th, the shares will be traded ex-dividend and ex-interest on equity. The dividend amount per common share is R$ 2.28, and per preferred share is R$ 2.51. The interest on equity amount per common share is R$ 1.69, and per preferred share is R$ 1.86. Payment will be made on June 25, 2026.
