    Companhia de Saneamento do Paraná – Sanepar (SAPR11, SAPR4) announced this past Friday, April 17, after the market closed, that it filed a writ of mandamus to suspend a measure by the Agência Reguladora de Serviços Públicos Delegados do Paraná (Agepar). The measure proposed allocating 3.9 billion reais from court-ordered payments to users.

    In a material fact sent to the market, the company stated it filed the writ with the Public Treasury Court of Curitiba, requesting a preliminary injunction to immediately suspend the legal and procedural effects. This pertains to the initiation of Public Consultation No. 1/2026 and Public Hearing No. 1/2026, both from Agepar, and to order Agepar to refrain from implementing the understanding set forth in Technical Note No. 01/2026-GTI until a final judgment on the petition.

    If the prior request is not granted, Sanepar asks for the immediate suspension of all subsequent procedural and/or decision-making acts arising from the mentioned public consultation and hearing.

    The company also requests the granting of the writ to declare the nullity of the challenged act, preserving the legal regime applicable to the allocation of funds under the terms in force at the time of their incorporation into assets.

    In March, Agepar proposed that the 3.94 billion reais received by Sanepar via court order be fully allocated to users. This court order refers to a legal victory for Sanepar against the federal government, finalized in September of last year, involving tax immunity.

    The expectation was that Agepar’s proposal would be submitted to a public consultation process in late April.

    Alpargatas (ALPA3, ALPA4) set the payment date this past Friday, April 17, for the interest on equity announced on December 11, 2025. On May 15, the company will pay, in a single installment, the gross amount of 106 million reais. This corresponds to a gross value of 0.148942 reais per common share (ALPA3) and 0.163836 reais per preferred share (ALPA4).
