    The company, traded under tickers PETR3 and PETR4 on the Brazilian exchange, stated that its production and sales report for the first quarter of 2026 will be published on April 30, 2026, after market close.

    Its complete financial results for the same period will follow on May 11, 2026, also released after the markets have closed for the day.

    Subsequently, the company’s management will hold a webcast to present and discuss these results. This event is scheduled for May 12, 2026.

    The presentation will be conducted in Portuguese with simultaneous English translation. It is set to begin at 11:30 a.m. Brasilia time, which corresponds to 10:30 a.m. New York time and 3:30 p.m. London time.

    Petrobras is a major integrated energy company and a significant player in the global oil and gas sector.
